Here are some great examples of why you can't and shouldn't trust government for any reason on any topic: First regarding climate change related disaster This Study Was Retracted after its conclusions were found to have a 39% discrepancy from a single data point. Next, just to reiterate a point I've been making for many years, they are ALWAYS lying or wrong about Jobs Numbers. And last they make up arbitrary numbers like Minimum Wages and yet Another Imaginary Line You're Not Supposed to Cross, The Poverty Line.

One of the reasons you can't trust government is simple, it controls the Market Place of Ideas, the free market notion of free speech and distorts that information and when something comes along that threatens that control they use tools like the idiot who wrote this steaming pile of waste Pretending that the Market of Ideas wasn't Always Controlled.

It's kinda funny when the Cult Members Run Around Calling the Other Cult Members, Cult Members! That's how you get what you have in Denmark where more than 100 Years of Democratic Socialist Rule was Just Ended by Democratically Electing Other Socialist Rulers!

The more likely someone is to participate in long term social activism particularly around the climate the more Narcissistic and Even Psychotic they likely are and will become.

Let's tackle some economic myths while we're at it: There are a lot of people who make a lot of money and who have a lot of stuff that they don't really own and they live an economic lie The Illusion of Affluence. Then there is this asshole who thinks, quite wrongly, that Higher Prices Driven By Inflation are A Good Thing when the fact is they didn't have to be inflated in the first place and that the failure to deflate means eventual bust.
